Check the Schedule: Please check the official schedule to confirm your presentation times and session chair assignments.
Search Feature: You can easily find the sessions by typing your name into the search bar located at the top of the detailed schedule.
Arrival & Setup: Report to the Session Chair 10 minutes before the session starts.
Equipment: Bring your own laptop and test the provided HDMI connection immediately upon arrival. If you do not have a laptop, please arrange to use a colleague's device or the Chair's laptop in advance.
Presentation Design: There is no official conference presentation template. However, please consider including the conference logo in your slides: Download Conference Logo.
Timing Your Talk: You have exactly 15 minutes for your presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
Preparation Tip: To ensure you stay within the limit, time your most content-dense slide during practice and multiply that duration by your total slide count.
Schedule Adherence: Presentations must start and end at their allocated time to keep the conference on schedule.
Multiple Presentations: If you are presenting more than once in the same session, please inform the Chair before the session begins.
Arrival: Arrive at the room 10 minutes early to prepare for the session and greet the speakers.
Technical Check: Ensure the HDMI cable is available and assist speakers in testing their laptop connections upfront to avoid delays between talks.
Speaker Coordination: Verify all speakers are present. If a speaker lacks a laptop, facilitate a device share between participants before the session starts.
Time Management: Strictly follow the allocated time slots. Each slot is 20 minutes total (15 min talk + 5 min Q&A). Do not change the presentation sequence unless absolutely necessary. When presenting yourself in the session, set a timer or let someone else time your talk.
Moderation: Introduce each speaker, facilitate the Q&A, and ensure smooth transitions between presenters.
