Thursday Social Event & Dinner (4th June)

Join us for our highly anticipated conference social event and dinner!

⚠️ Important: This is only for attendees who registered for the social event. Make sure you take your badge with your social event tickets.

Schedule

• 16:30 – 17:15: Walking together to the boat departure location Mauritskade 61 in Amsterdam (or travel independently).

• 17:15 – 19:00: Boat Trip (dropping off directly at the restaurant).

• 19:00 – 22:30: Social Dinner at Tolhuistuin.

• After 22:30: Take the free ferry back to Amsterdam Central Station. Click here for ferry terminal location.

How to Get to the Boat?

• Walking Group: Meet in the conference foyer at 16:30 to walk together. It is a scenic 45-minute walk, so please wear comfortable shoes!

• Independent / Public Transport: Leave the venue directly at 16:30 to ensure you reach the dock (Mauritskade 61 in Amsterdam) on time. You can plan your route using a public transport planner. Click here to plan your trip with a public transport planner from the conference venue.

Skipping the Boat?

Go directly to the dinner venue Tolhuistuin for a 19:00 arrival.

• Location: IJpromenade 2, Amsterdam.

• Room: IJzaal (Ground floor entrance, to the left of the stairs leading up to the restaurant).

About the Dinner

Enjoy an informal, "gezellige" dinner setting! You are completely free to sit or stand and mingle as you eat. We hope for great weather!
