Registration will open at the latest by the end of January 2026. 

Registration Fees

Early Bird (Until April 8, 2026):

• Regular: € 395

• Student: € 295

Late Registration (From April 9 to 22 April, 2026):

• Regular: € 495 

• Student: € 395

The registration fee includes access to the complete technical program, as well as coffee breaks, lunches, and drinks & bitterballen during the conference.

Social Dinner (Optional): An additional fee applies to those who wish to attend the conference dinner. More details will be provided once the registration opens.
